Tristan Sage
General Counsel
Tristan is the General Counsel for the StockCo group. He is responsible for overseeing StockCo’s legal needs, together with regulatory compliance, governance and securities management. Tristan joined StockCo in 2019 after spending eight years working in private practice specialising in litigation and dispute resolution, including time in both top tier and regional law firms. He is experienced in dealing with complex legal issues and resolving them in a practical way.
Tristan is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, an associate member of the Institute of Directors and holds bachelors degrees in law, biochemistry and biological sciences.
